The proceedings will be published with the AIP Conference Proceedings Series and appear as a CD-ROM. In addition, plenary and invited papers will be published in a special section of Journal of Applied Physics. All papers will be reviewed. All articles will be accessible for the conference participants without charge via the web for 12 months.
