| The ICPS series takes place under the auspices of the Semiconductor Commission (C8) of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) and has been the main forum in the field of semiconductors for the last half century. The conference will cover all aspects of semiconductor physics as follows; |
1. Growth of nanostructures
2. Surfaces and interfaces
3. Bulk properties
4. Defects and impurities
5. Transport in heterostructures, superlattices, nanowires, and quantum dots
6. Optical properties of heterostructures, superlattices, nanowires, and quantum dots
7. Quantum Hall effects
8. Carbon: nanotubes and graphene
9. Spintronics and spin phenomena
10. Wide - and narrow - bandgap semiconductors
11. Organic semiconductors and hybrid structures
12. Electron devices and applications
13. Quantum optics, nanophotonics, and device applications
14. Quantum information
15. Novel materials including bio-based materials
