During the ICPS 2010 a special session will be devoted to post-deadline latest news contributions. Abstracts reporting important recent results and developments may be submitted by May 31, 2010 through the web based system. Please note that file upload is not possible due to the time constraint. The Program Committee will select relevant contributions for oral presentations.

The ICPS series takes place under the auspices of the Semiconductor Commission (C8) of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) and has been the main forum in the field of semiconductors for the last half century.
